Farming
For All Community Interest Company is a not-for-profit
Community Interest Company
with the primary aim of making a positive
difference to the lives of vulnerable individuals in Hertfordshire who are experiencing
social and educational exclusion.
A Community Interest Company is a new form of company designed for social enterprises where the assets and profits of a CIC are either permanently retained within the CIC and used solely for community purpose or transferred to another “asset locked” organisation such as another CIC or charity.
Within CIC law, wages must remain within reasonable limits, the company must demonstrate that they operate for community purpose and all financial surpluses must be reinvested into the company.
As a result, you can be confident that whilst working with Farming For All our mission to help socially excluded individuals will not be compromised by the need to make a profit. Read an article about us in the Watford Observer or see our local news coverage.
